Sharyn has a BA in Home Economics from San Diego State University. She has been teaching quilting since 1980 throughout the United States and abroad. In addition to teaching and lecturing, Sharyn is also an author. She has contributed to Quilter's Newsletter, Quilting Today, and American Quilter magazines. She's probably best known for her encouragement of students to be creative in their own quilts. With that focus in mind, she contributes to the Design Challenge columns in Traditional Quiltworks magazine. She has authored a number of books, including The Ultimate Half Log Cabin Book, The Art of Classic Quiltmaking, Setting Solutions, and Great Sets.

GREAT SETS We will work with your newly made or orphan blocks and the 7 settings featured in the book “Great Sets” by Sharyn Craig to find an exciting quilt solution. No problem is unsolvable.
